Working in partnership with Moriyama & Teshima Architects, the proposed facility will serve as the urban park's primary learning and orientation facility. The project is designed to be an universally accessible, net-zero multi-purpose collaborative space.

The Centre will have highly naturalized spaces and indoor/outdoor fluidity and interconnection, emphasizing the connection between human, nature and urban environment.
